RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
DETERMINING UNPAID ASSESSMENTS AND
MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREOF
Assessment District No. 75-1 North Twin Oaks
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors has taken proceedings
under the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, Division 12 of the
Streets and Highways Code, and has confirmed an assessment which
was recorded on July 29, 1976, in the office of the Superintendent
of Streets; and
WHEREAS, the notice of assessment as prescribed in Section
3114 of said Code was recorded in the office of the County Recorder
on July 30, 1976, whereupon the assessments contained therein
attached as a lien upon the property assessed, as provided in
Section 3115 of said Code; and
WHEREAS, said proceedings provide that bonds would be
issued pursuant to the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, Division 10
of said Code; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has made and filed
with the District Treasurer a complete list of all unpaid assess-
ments; and
WHEREAS, the District Treasurer has determined the assess-
ments which are unpaid and the aggregate amount thereof and has
reported to this Board of Directors that said aggregate amount is
$2,945,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of San Marcos County
Water District DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as
follows:

SECTION 1. The unpaid assessments upon the security of
which the bonds are to be issued are determined to be as set forth
in the recitals hereof. A list of said unpaid assessments is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated
herein as though set forth in full.
SECTION 2. Said unpaid assessments shall be payable in
the manner provided for in Sections 8680 et seq. of the aforesaid
Code and shall be payable in the same manner and at the same time
and in the same installments as the general taxes of the District on
real property are payable. Pursuant to Section 8682 of said Code,
a copy of this resolution and of Exhibit "A" hereto shall be filed
in the office of the Auditor of San Diego County, California.
