Reso 0033-04/1957 RESOLUTION NO. 33
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District operates and
maintains a water distribution system, and
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District has investigated
and determined that a water reservoir is necessary for the efficient operation
of the aforesaid water distribution system, and
WHEREAS, the situs of said reservoir as been determined as most
feasible and economically located on real property owned by Boudinot Atterbury
and Ruth Atterbury.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT THAT:
1. The public interest and necessity require the acquisition,
construction and completion by the San Marcos County Water District of a
public improvement of the real property or interest in real
property described as follows:
All that portion of the West Half of the Southwest
Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 23, Township 12 South, Range 3
West, San Bernardino Meridian, in he County of San
Diego, State of California, included within the
following described parcel of land:
Begining at Corner No. 17 of Rancho Los Vallecitos
de San Marcos according to Map thereof No. 806, filed
in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
1. That the president of this Board be and is hereby
authorizedto sign, execute any and all documents necessary or required
to secure title in fee simple to the herein described land on behalf of
the San Marcos County Water District.
2. That Powell & Martinson attorneys at law, be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to ???? and conduct any and all pro-
ceedings necessary for the condemnation or purchase of said land in fee simple.
