RESOLUTIN OF THE BORD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING
THE SIGNATURE OF STANLEY A. MAHR, VICE PRESIDENT
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT. AS AN
ADDITIONAL SIGNATURE ON CHECKS DRAWN ON THE FUNDS
OF THE DISTRICT FROM THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
VISTA, VISTA, CALIFORNIA.
RESOLVED, That the Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water
District authorise the signature of Stanley A. Mahr, Vice President of
San Marcos County Water District, as an additional authorised signature
on checks drawn on the funds of the District from the First National Bank
of Vista, Vista, California, any two signatures being valid, said Bank
being hereby authorised to honor and pay any and all checks so signed,
including thorse drawn to the individual order of John C. Wells, President,
John L. Hazeltine, Treasurer, and Stanley A. Mahr, Vice President.

I herby certifiy that the foregoing is a full, true, and correct
copy of the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of San Marcos County
Water District at a meeting of said Board regularly held on The 7th dy of
January, 1957, and that the signatures appearing on the card are the signa-
tures of the persons duly authorised to withdraw funds of said District
from the First National Bank of Vista in accordance with the above resolution
until such authority is revoked by giving written notice thereof to said bank
by the officers of said District thereunto duly authorised by its Board of
Directors.
