RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, FIXING AND ESTABLISHING FEES AND
COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO THE DIRECTORS OF SAID DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District was organized and
formed under the County Water District Law on the 11th day of March,
and the Members of the Beard of Directors have worked diligently without
compensation er reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses, and
WHEREAS, the District has completed or is about to complete, the
construction of water distribution facilities to deliver Colorado River Water
purchased from the Bueno Colorado Municipal Water District, and it is the
opinion of the Board that the District should reimburse the Directors of the
District for out-of-pocket expenses, and compensate them for attending
meetings of the Board of Directors in accordance with the provisions of the
County Water District Law,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, ORIERED AND DETERMINED, that,
SECTION I: Each Director shall receive the sum of $20.00
(TWENTY DOLLARS), for each meeting of the Board of Directors
of the District attended by said Director, not te exceed three
meetings in any one calendar month, and said sum is fixed as
the amount to be paid to the Directors who attended meetings
of the Board.
SECTION II: Each Director shall receive for performing
duties for the District other than attending Beard Meetings
if first authorized by the Board of Directors, not to exceed
$20.00 (TWENTY DOLLARS) per day, and such traveling and other
expenses as may be incurred by them in the course of such empleyment,
SECTION III: The Board of Directors reserve the right to change
the compensations specified herein.

SAID DISTRICT

eleventh day of March 1955, and the Members of the Board of
Directors have worked diligently without compensation or re-
imbursement for out-or-pocket expenses, and
WHEREAS, the District has completed or is about to
complete, the construction of water distribution facilities
to deliver Colorado River Water purchased from the Bueno Colo-
rado Municipal Water District, and it is the opinion of the
Board that the District should reimburse Directors of the
District for out-of-pock expenses, and compensate them for
attending meetings of the Board of Directors in accordance
with the provisions of the County Water District Law,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DETERMINED,
that,
