RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT TO ESTABLISH IN IT'S NAME A BANK
ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST &
SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, ESCONDIDO, SAN DIEGO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED, That this District establish in its name one or more
deposit accounts with the Bank of America National Trust & Savings
Association upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon with
said bank and that the President and Treasurer of this District be
and they are hereby authorised to establish such an account:
RESOLVSED, That John C. Wells, President, and John L. Haseltine,
Treasurer of this District be, and they are hereby authortized to with-
draw funds of this District from the said account upon checks of this
Districts signed as provided herein with signatures duly certified to
said bank by the secretary of this District and said bank is hereby
authorisad to honor and pay any and all checks so signed, including
those drawn to the idividual order of any officer or other person
authorised to sign the same.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of the resolution adopted by the Boad of Directors of the San
Marcos County Water Distirct at a meeting of said Board regularly
held on the 18th day April, 1956, and that the signatures appearing
on the reverse side of this card are the signatures of the persons
duly authorised to withdraw funds of said District from said bank in
accordance with the above resolutin until such authority is revoked
by giving written notice thereof to said bank signed by the officers
of said District thereunto duly authoised by it's Board of Directors.
