RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIMG THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT TO BORROW THE SUM OF $18,000
FROM THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF VISTA
IT WAS RESOLVED THAT the San Marcos County Water District
borrow the sum of Eighteen Thousand ($18,000) Dollars from the
First National Bank of Vista, upon such terms and conditions
as may be agreed upon between the President and the Treasurer,
provided, however, that the interest rate should not exceed
Five (5%) Percent per annum, the amount to be borrowed from immediately
time to time, the interest to be paid within the above limita-
tion, and the terms of repayment shall be such as agreed upon
between the President and the Treasurer, and said Bank, and
the proper officers of the District are authorized to execute
any and all documents and do any and all acts required in securing
said loan,
I, Anna D. Charlton, do hereby certify and state that
I am the duly appointed, acting and qualified Secretary of
the San Marcos County Water District and the Board of Directors
thereof, and that the foregoing Resolution is a true and correct
copy of the Resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of the
San Marcos County Water District at a special meeting held March
29th, 1956, at 1:00 P.M.
