AWARDING CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST BIDDER
ON UNIT "B" - ARThlIIAL WATEIR DISTRIBUTION
SYSTEM
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of January, 1956, the Board
of Directors of San Marcos County Water District publicly opened
and received the following bids for construction of Unit "B" of
the Arterial Water Distribution System according to plans and
specifications approved by the Board of Directors on the 22nd
day of December, 1955:

Calif. is the low bidder, and upon recommendation of the District
Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of W.F. Nelson,
Inc. be accepted and the President and Secretary be authorized
to execute on behalf of the District contract documents as pro-
vided in the plans and specifications on the 23rd day of February,
1956.
