RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTIRS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AWARDING CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST BIDDER
ON UNIT "A" OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of January, 1956, the Board
of Directors of San Marcos County Water District publicly opened
and received the following bids for construction of Unit "A" of
the San Marcos Water Distribution System according to plans and
specifications approved by the Board of Directors on the22nd
day of December, 1955:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of
N. P. Van Vs]kenburgh be accepted and the President and
Secretary be authorized to execute on behalf of the District
contract documents as provided in the plans and specifications
on the 23rd of February, 1956.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Directors
of San Marcos County Water District on the 23rd day of February,
1956.
