Reso 0004-06/1955BE IT RESOLVED that this District open one or more bank accounts with the
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF VISTA, which is hereby appointed as the depository for the funds
of this District, and the Treasurer is hereby instructed and directed to deposit all
funds of the District which come into his hands, in said bank account; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Treasurer and any one director are hereby
authorized to sign any and all checks (warrants) drawn upon siad account; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution be delivered
to the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF VISTA upon the opening of said account by the Treasurer.
