Reso 0002-05/1955 WHEREAS, certain residents and landowners of the San Marcos County
Water District have or are about to enter into arrangements with the Vista
Irrigation District for the use of their facilities for the transmission of
Colerado River water to be purchased by the San Marcos County Water District
from the Bueno Colorado Municipal Water District, and it is the desire of this
District and its Board to cooperate with its residents and citizens to secure
a temperary supply of water during the calendar year 1955;
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the San
Marcos County Water District that the President and Secretary of the San
Marcos County Water District be and they are hereby authorized to make any
and all requests for the use of the facilities of the Vista Irrigation District
to deliver water to its inhabitants and residents during the calendar year 1955,
and to execute any and all documents, contracts and instructions required by the
Vista Irrigation District in connection with the use of its facilities for the
transmission of water to be sold by the Bueno Colorado Municipal water District
to San Marcos County Water District during the calendar year 1955.
