RESOLUTION 0F THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTING PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY FREDERICK
PUMP & ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR FURNISHING
A SMITH & LOVELESS PACKAGE PUMP STATION
AND AUTHORIZING THE ENGINE-MANAGER TO
EXECUTE THE DOCUMENT FOR THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
The Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water District
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. That certain proposal submitted by Frederick Pump &
Engineering Company for furnishing a Smith & Loveless Package
Pump Station be and the same is hereby approved.
2. That the Engineer-Manager of the San Marcos County
Water District be and hereby is authorized and directed to
execute said proposal in behalf of the San Marcos County Water
District.
PASSE, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Directors
of San Marcos County Water District on the 16th day of May, 1958.
