RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AWARDING CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST BIDDER
ON UNIT "B" - TREATMENT PLANT FOR
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 1
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of April, 1958, the Board of
Directors of San Marcos County Water District publicly opened and
received the following bids for construction of Unit "B" - Treatment
Plant, for Improvement District No. 1 according to plans and speci-
fications approved by the Board of Directors on the 7th day of April,
1958:

WHEREAS, it appears that A. H. Famularo & L. McElvany,
P. 0. Box 239, Santa Aria, California, is the low bidder, and upon
recommendation of the District Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of A. H. Famularo
& J. L. McElvany on Schedule 2 be accepted m d the President and
Secretary be authorized to execute on behalf of the District contract
documents as provided in the plans and specifications on the 7th day
of April, 1958.
