RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AWARDING CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST BIDDER
ON UNIT "A" - SEWERS,FOR IMPROVEMENT

WHEREAS, on the 29th day of April, 1958, the Board of
Directors of San Marcos County Water District publicly opened and
received the following bids for construction of Unit "A" - Sewers,
for Improvement District No. i according to plans and specifications
approved by the Board of Directors on the 7th day of April, 1958:

WHEREAS, it appears that Utility Construction Co., 1256
No. Magnolia, El Cajon, California, is the low bidder, and upon
recommendation of the District Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of Utility
Construction Co. be accepted and the President and Secretary be
authorized to execute on behalf of the District contract documents
as provided in the plans and specifications on the 7th day of April,
1958.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Directors
of San Marcos County Water District on the 16th day of May, 1958.
