RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING OFFICIAL STATEMENT.
The Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water
District does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The official statement to be sent to
prospective bidders for the GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS 0F
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
N0. 1 SEWER BONDS - 1958, having been presented to this
Board of Directors is hereby approved.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 29th day of
April, 1958.
