RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD 0F DIRECTORS OF
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTING
PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY CHICAGO PUMP COMPANY
FOR FURNISHING SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND
AUTHORIZING THE ENGINEER-MANAGER TO EXECUTE
THE DOCUMENT FOR THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT
The Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water District
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. That certain proposal subauitted by the Chicago Pump
Company dated March 11, 1958 for furnishing equipment for 100,000
gallon per day sewage treatment plant, copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, be and the same
is hereby approved.
2. That the Engineer-Manager of the San Marcos County
Water District be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute
said proposal in behalf of the San Marcos County Water District.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Directors of
San Marcos County Water District on the 7th day of April, 1958.
