RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE GRANT
OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY TO THE
SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY AND
AUTHORIZING THE ENGINEER-MANAGER TO
EXECUTE SAME IN BEHALF OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
The Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water District
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. That certain easement described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 of Section
23; thence South 0o 21' 50" West, along the Easterly line
thereof 2069.18 feet; thence South 57° 17' 50" West,
1029.44 feet; thence South 19° 54' 50" West, 229.96
feet to the true point of beginnimg of the route of said
line of poles and wires; thence from said true point of
beginning North 19° 5.5' 50" East to the Northerly line
of said NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23,
covering the power line as shown on sketch in red, copy of which
is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, be
and the same is hereby approved.
2. The Engineer-Manager of San Marcos County Water District
be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute said document
in behalf of the San Marcos County Water District.
