Reso 0047-01/1958 RESOLUTION 0F THE BOARD 0F DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING HELD
ON JANUARY 6, 1958 - NO. 47.
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of November, 1957, a petition
was presented by the Board of Trustees of the Rich-Mar Union
School District for inclusion into the San Marcos County Water
District of the hereinafter described land, and
WHEREAS, notice of said petition and hearing thereon was
duly given by the Secretary of said District, and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on January 6, 1958 pursuant
to said notice and pursuant to Division 12, Part 2, Article II
of the Water Code of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing evidence was presented to the Board
and the Board being fully advised in the premises.
NOW, THEREFOE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County WaterDistrict hereby resolves, determines, and orders:
1. That as a result of said hearing and upon the said
evidence presented, this Board doss hereby determine and find
that the inclusion of the hereinafter described land without
condition would work an injury as to the land already within the
District.
2. The Board determines and orders that said land may
be included in the San Marcos County Water District upon the
following terms and conditions:
A. That the land hereinafter described shall be
included in and form a part of Improvement District
No. 1 of the San Marcos County Water District.

The description of the land subject to the foregoing
condition is described as follows:
The Northerly 328,185 feet of Lot 2, Block 109,
Rancho Los Vallecitos de San Marcos, according
to map thereof No. 806, in the County of San
Diego, State of California.
