RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
MONEY FROM THE BOND CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE BOND,
INTEREST AND REDEMPTION FUND FOR DEPOSIT IN THE
BANK OF AMERICA, ESCONDIDO BRANCH
WHEREAS, It is necessary taht San Marcos County Water
District pay the interest on teh bonded indebtedness, and
WHEREAS, in order to pay the interest on said bonded
indebtedness, it is necessary to transfer funds from the
bond construction fund to the bond, interest and redemption
fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC-
TORS OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT THAT:
The sum of Twenty One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty One
and 25/100 ($21,651.25) dollars be transferred from the
bond construction fund to the bond, interest and redemption
fund for deposit in the Bank of America, Escondido Branch.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 21st DAY OF JUNE,
1957.
