RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ADOPTED
AT THE REGULAR MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 1,
1960 AT 7:30 P.M. AT THE DISTRICT OFFICE
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District has here-
tofore by Motion No. 59-6-8 adopted as its specifications the
specifications as promulgated and used by the Department of
Public Works of the County of San Diego, and
WHEREAS, the Engineer of the San Marcos County Water
District has recommended that the District adopt the mechanical
Joint for sewer pipe as the only acceptable Joint within the
San Marcos County Water District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has approved the recom-
mendation of said Engineer to adopt said mechanical Joint as
the only acceptable Joint for sewer pipe installation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DETERMINED
that the District delete from its specifications as set forth
in Motion No. 59-6-8 the use of a hot pour joint, and it is
hereby ordered that the mechanical. joint sewer pipe is the only
acceptable sewer pipe in sizes of 12" and under withinge San
Marcos County Water District.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District on the 1st day of Febru-
ary, 1960.

NOTICE IS HEMBY GIVEN that on January 18 19 60
the Board of Directors of the
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
adopted a resolution, a full, true and correct copy of
which accompanies and immediately follows this notice.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing referred
to in said resolution will be had at the time and place"
specified in said resolution, to witm

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and
place specified in said resolution and above given, any
person interested, including all persons owning property
in said district, will be heard upon the questions stated
in said resolution.
