RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING HELD
MONDAY, 0CTOBER 5, 1959
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of August, 1959 a petition was
presented by Calvin L. Stanger and Gwendolyn M. Stanger for inclusion
into San Marcos County Water District Improvement District No. I and
Improvement District No. 2 of the hereinafter described land, and
WHEREAS, notice of said petition and hearing thereon
was duly given by the Secretary of said District, and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on October 5, 1959 pursuant
to said notice and pursuant to Division 12, Part 2, Article II of
the Water Code of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing evidence was presented to the
Board and the Board being fully advised in the premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District hereby resolves, determines and orders:
That said land shall be included in the San Marcos County
Water District Improvement District No. i and Improvement District
No. 2.
The description of the land subject to the foregoing
inclusion is described as follows:
Lot 4, Record of Survey Map #4009, Meadowlark Ranch
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of October,
