RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN MARCOS WATER DISTRICT
of the County of San Diego State or California.
WHEREAS EARL WARREN Governor of the State of California
on the l5th day of November 1950 executed the California Dis-
aster and Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement on behalf
of the State of California and all its Departments and Agencies
NOW THEREFORE The Board of Directors of the
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
hereby approve and agree to abide by said California Civil
Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement and the Clerk of this
Board is hereby authorized to send TWO certified copies
this resolution to the State Disaster Council for filing with
said State Disaster Council.
