RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS HELD MONDAY, JULY
6, 1959 AT 7:30 P.M.
RESOLVED: That the San Marcos County Water District
establish in its name one or more deposit accounts with THE
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF VISTA upon such terms and conditions
as may be agreed upon with said bank and that the President
and Secretary of San Marcos County Water District be and they
are hereby authorized to establish such accounts.
RESOLVED: That Amos D. Trussell, President; Oby Blanchard,
Vice President; and/or Stanley A. Mahr, Director of San Marcos
County Water District be and they are authorized, any two direc-
tors acting together, and Auditor, or Assistant Auditor, to
withdraw funds of San Marcos County Water District from any
such established account upon checks of this Water District,
or upon withdrawal orders furnished by said bank, signed
as provided herein with signatures duly certified to said
bank by the Secretary of this District, and said bank is hereby
authorized to honor and pay any and all checks or withdrawal
orders so signed, including those drawn to the individual order
of any officer or other person authorized to sign the same.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of the resolution adopted by the 8oard of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water Dis trict at a meeting of said
Board regularly held on the 6th day of July, 1959, and that the
signatures appearing on the reverse side of the signature card
are the signatures of the persons duly authorized to withdraw
funds of said Water District from said bank in accordance with
the above resolution until such authority is revoked by giving
written notice thereof to said bank signed by the officers of
said Water District thereunto duly authorized by its Board of
Directors.
