RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON
MONDAY, JULY 6, 1959 AT 7:30 P.M.
RESOLVED, that the San Marco s County Water District open
an account or accounts with SECURITY-FIRST NATIONAL BANK and
that until such authority is revoked by Sealed Iqotification to
said Bank of such action by the Board of Directors of San Marcos
County Water District,
Amos D. Trussell, President
Oby Blanchard, Vice President
Stanley A. Mahr, Director
Anna D. Charlt on, Auditor
Binda Nell Freeman, Asst. Auditor
be and they are authorized, .any two directors acting together, and
Auditor, or Assistant Auditor, to execute checks and other items
for and on behalf of the San Marcos County Water District.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that said account shall be governed by
applicable banking laws, customs, and Clearing House regulations
and by the rules printed in the bank book, and shall be subject
to the service charge schedule of the Bank.
The undersigned Secretary of San Marcos County Water
District hereby certifies that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Directors of said Water District at a regular
meeting held July 6th, 1959, and that the signatures appearing
on ths reverse side of the signature card are those of persons
now duly authorized to sign on behalf of said Water District in
accordance with said resolution.

Please be sdvised that the Board of Directors of San Marcos County
Water District at its regular meeting on July 5, 1959 appointed
Binda Nell Freenmn to the office of Assistant Auditor with author-
ity to perform all of the duties of the office of auditor which of
course includes signing checks and withdrawale from accounts established
with your bank.
Upon Mrs. Charlton's return from vacation authorized signature cards
will be furnished to your office meanwhile, it will be appreciated
if your office will honor checks, if and, signed by Mrs, Freeman,
whose signature appears hereono
