RES0LUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS HELD JULY 6, 1959
AT 7:30 P.M.
RESOLVED: That the San Marcos County Water District
establish in its name a payroll account with THE FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF VISTA upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed
upon with said bank and that the Auditor and Assistant Auditor
of San Marcos County Water District be and they are hereby
authorized to establish such account.
RESOLVED: That Anna D. Chsrlton, Auditor, or Linda Nell
Freeman, Assistant Auditor, be and they are authorized to with-
draw funds of San Marcos County Water District from such payroll
account upon checks of this Water District, or upon withdrawal
orders furnished by said bank, signed as provided herein with
signatures duly certified to said bank by the Secretary of this
District, and said bank is hereby authorized to honor and pay
any md all checks or withdrawal orders so signed, including
those drawn to the individual order of any officer or other
person authorized to sign the same.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District at a meeting of said
Board regularly held on the 6th day of JUly, 1959, and that
the signatures appearing on the reverse side of the signature
card are the signatures of the persons duly authorized to with-
draw funds of said Water District from said bank in accordance
with the above resolution until such authority is revoked by
giving written notice thereof to said bank signed by the
officers of said Water District thereunto duly authorized
by its Board of Directors.

Gentlemen :
At its regular meeting on July 6, 1959, the Board of Directors or San
Marcos County Water District appointed Binda Nell Freeman to the office
of Assistant Auditor with authorization to perform all of the duties
or auditor, which of course authorizes Mrs, Freeran to withdraw funds
or the district from accounts established with your organization,
Also at said meeting, the Board adopted Resolution No, 58 which directs
establishment of a payroll account with your bank and authorizes with-
drawaks in District checks signed by Anna D, Charlton Auditor, or
Binda Nell Freemen, Assistant Auditor,
Upon Mrs, Charlton's return from vacations resolution and authorized
signature forms will be furnished to your office; meanwhile it will
be appreciated if your bank will honor checks signed by Mrs, Freeman,
whoses signature appears hereon,
