RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ADOPTED
AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD HELD
MONDAY, JULY 6, 1959, AT 7:30 P .M.
RESOLVED: That the San Marcos County Water District
establish in its name one or more deposit accounts with the
Bank of Amrerica National Trust & Savings Association upon such
terms and conditions as raay be agreed upon with said bank and
that the President and Secretary of San Marcos County Water
Districot be and they are hereby authorized to establish such
accounts
RESOLVED: That Amos D. Trussell, President; Oby Blanchard,
Vice President; and/or Stanley A. Mahr, Director of San Marcos
County Water District be and they are authorized, any two directors
acting together, and Auditor, or Assistant Auditor, to withdraw
funds of this organization from the said account upon checks of
this organization and said bank is hereby authorized to honor
and pay any and all checks so signed, including those drawn to
the individual order of my officer or other person authorized
to sign the same.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District at a meeting c~ said
Board regularly held on the 6th day of July, 1959, and that the
signatures appearing on the reverse side of the signature cards
are the signatures of the persons duly authorized to withdraw
funds of said Water District from said bank in accordance with
the above resolution until such authority is revoked by giving
written notice thereof to said bank signed by the officers of
said Water District thereunto duly authorized by its Board of Direc-
tors.

No. 89 adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors
of San Marcos County Water District held on July 6th, 1959.

Please bd advised that the Board of Directors of San Marcos County
Water District, at its regular meeting on July 6, 1959, appointed
Binda Nell Freemen to the office of Assistant Auditor with Author-
ity to perform all of the duties of office of auditor, which of
course includes signing checks and withdrawls from accounts estab-
lished with your banks
Upon Mrs. Charlton's return from vacation, authorized signature cards
will be furnished to your office; meanwhile, it will be appreciated
if your office will honor checks, if any, signed by Mrs. Freeman,
whose signature appears hemone
