RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING HELD
MONDAY, JUNE 1, 1959
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of May, 1959 a petition was
presented by Harold J. Perkins for inclusion into San Marcos County
Water District Improvement District No. 1 and Improvement District
No. 2 of the hereinafter described land, and
WHEREAS, notice of said petition and hearing thereon
was duly given by the Secretsty of said District, and
WHEHEAS, a hearing was held on June l, 1959 pursuant
to said notice snd pursuant to Division 12, Part 2, Article II
of the Water Code of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, at ssi d hearing evidence was presented to the
Board and the Board being fully advised in the premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District hereby resolves, detect. mines and orders:
That said land shall be included in the San Marcos County
Water District Improvement District No. 1 and Improvement District
No. 2.
The description of the land subject to the foregoing
inclusion is described as follows:
All that portion of Lot 6 in Block 62 of Rancho Los Valle-
citos de San Marcos, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof, No. 581, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, February ll, 1889, lying Northerly
of the following described line:
Bounded by a line described as follows:
Beginning at the most NW'ly corner of said Lot 6;
1. Thence S'ly along the W'ly line of said Lot 6,
a distance of 50 feet;

2. Thence E'ly a distance of 298 feet, more or less,
along a line to its interseetion with the E'ly line of
said Lot 6 distant thereon 130 feet S'ly from the
most NE'ly corner of said Lot 6;
3- Thence N'ly along said E'ly line of said Lot 6 a
distance of 130 feet to the most NE'ly corner of said
Lot 6;
4- Thence W'ly along the common line between said Lot 6
and Lot 19 in said Block 62 a distance of 287 feet to
the point of beginning.
