RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
TO ENTERING INTO A HENTAL AGREEMENT FON
A SAFE DEPOSIT BOX OR B 0XES WITH BANK
OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS
ASSOCIATION, ESCONDIDO, SAN DIEGO COUNTY
CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED, That this District enter into a rental agree-
ment for a safe deposit box or boxes with BANK OF AMERICA
NATIONAL TRUST & SAVINGS ASSOCIATION in the form and subject to
the terms and conditions prescribed by said bank, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Amos D. Trussell, President,
Oby Blanchard, Vice President, be authorized to execute said
rental agreement, and that W.. Dennis Wood, General Manager, and
Anna D. Charlton Auditor, any one of them be, and hereby is
authorized to have access to and to surrender said box or boxes
and execute a release of liability therefor. This resolution
shall remain in effect until a certified copy of a resolution
revoking or modifying it shall be received at the office or
branch of the Bank at which the box or boxes are located.
CERTIFICATE
I hereby certify that' I am the duly qualified Secretary
of the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water District,
that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of the reso-
lution duly adopted by its Board of Directors at a meeting
regularly convened pursuant to its by-laws on the 4th day of
May, 1959, at which meeting a quorum was present; that said
resolution has not been revoked or amended, but is still in
full force and effect; that the signatures appearing on the
reverse of the signature card are those of persons authorized
by this resolution.
