RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS C OUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS HELD MONDAY, APRIL
6, 1959 AT 7:30 P.M.
WHEREAS, on March 24th, 1959 claim for damages was filed
by James E. Downing, Dorothy Downtng, and Frances Sheriff
dated March 18, 1959, and
WHEREAS, investigation by the Board of Directors and
General Manager indicates that the claim is not justified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT said claim for
damages filed by James E. Downing, Dorothy Downing, and
Frances Sherriff be and hereby is denied.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District at a meeting of said
Board regularly held on the 6th day of April, 1959.
