RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT REGULAR METING HELD MONDAY,
APRIL 6, 1959, AT 7:301P.M. AT THE
DISTRICT OFFICE
WHEREAS, on March 24th claim was filed by George A.
Altoand dated March 18th, 1959, and
WHEREAS, investigation by the Board of Directors and
the General Manager indicates that the claim is not justified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT said claim for damage
filed by George A. Altoand be and hereby is denied.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District at a meeting of said
Board regularly held on the 6th day of April, 1959
