RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS HELD MONDAY, APRIL
6, 1959 AT 7:30 P.M.
RESOLVED That the San Marcos County Water District
establish in its name one or more deposit accounts with THE
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF VISTA upon such terms and conditions
as may be agreed upon with said bank and that the President
and Secretary of San Marcos County Water Distetct be and they
are hereby authorized to establish such accounts.
RESOLVED: That Amos D. Trussell, President, Oby
Blanchard, Vice President, and/or Stanley A. Mahr, Director
of San Marcos County Water District be, and they are hereby
authorized to withdraw funds of San Marcos County Water District
from any such established account upon checks of this Water
District, or upon withdrawal orders furnished by said bank,
signed as provided herein with signatures duly certified to
said bank by the Secretary of this District, and said bank is
hereby authorized to honor and pay any and all checks or with-
drawal orders ao signed, including those drawn to the individual
order of any officer or other person authorized to sign the same.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District at a meeting of said Board
regularly held on the 6th day of April, 1959, md that the signa-
tures appearing on the reverse side of the signature card are the
signatures of the persons duly authorized to withdraw funds of said
Water District from said hank in accordance with the above resolution
until such authority is revoked by giving written notice thereof
to said bank signed by the officers of said Water District thereunto
duly authorized by its Board of Directors.
