RESOLUTION NO. 77
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING HELD
MONDAY, MARCH 2, 1959
Whereas, on the 17th day of February, 1959 a petition
was presented by Valentine Lebedeff, Jennifer Lebedeff, and
Agerus Land Company, by V. F. Bell, Secretary, for inclusion
into San Marcos County Water District Improvement District No. 1
and Improvement District No. 2 of the hereinafter descrived land,
and
Whereas, notice of said petition oand hearing thereon
was duly given by the Secretary of said District, and
Whereas, a hearing was held on March 2, 1959 pursuant
to said notice and pursuant to Division 12, part 2, Article II
of the Water Code of the State of California, and
Whereas, at said hearing evidence was presented to the
Board and the Board being fully advised in the premises.
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District hereby resolves, determines and orders:
That said land shall be included in the San Marcos County
Water District Improvement District No. 1 and Improvement District
No. 2.
The description of the land subject to the foregoing
inclusion is described as follows:
Parcels 1, 2, 3, 13, 14, 57 & 58 of Record of Survey No.
4009, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, State of California, September 5, 1956, being portions of the West
half of Section 20, Township 12 South, Range 3 West, San Bernadino Base
and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California.
