RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, SAN DIEGO
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING OFFICIAL
STATEMENT.
The Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water
District, San Diego County, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The Official Statement to be sent
to prospective bidders for the $250,000 bonds of said
district, designated SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 SEWER BONDS, 1958, having been
presented to this Board, is hereby approved.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of
October, 1958.
