RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
MAKING DETERMINATIONS RELATING TO A
CERTAIN DISTRICT IMPROVEMENT.
WHEREAS, on August 18, 1958, this Board of
Directors adopted its resolution determining that this
Board deems it necessary for the San Marcos County Water
District to incur a bonded indebtedness in the sum of two
hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for the purpose
of the acquisition and construction of additional trunk
sewers and appurtenances and appurtenant work, including
the acquisition of the necessary land, easements, rights of
way, works, machinery and other property, together with all
necessary engineering and legal services in connection there-
with; and
WHEREAS, in said resolution this Board fixed
Tuesday, September 2, 1958, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the
office of the San Marcos County Water District, Encinitas
Road, near Bent Avenue, San Marcos, San Diego County, Cali-
fornia, as the time and place for the hearing by this Board
on the questions: will the whole or only a portion of the
district be benefited by the accomplishment of said purpose,
and, if only a portion of the district will be benefited,
what portion will be so benefited; and
WHEREAS at said hearing evidence was presented
to the Board on the said questions before it, and this Board
is fully advised in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the
San Marcos County Water District does hereby RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That as a result of said hearing
and upon the said evidence presented, this Board does
hereby determine that the whole of said district will
not be benefited by the accomplishment of said purpose,
and that only a portion of said district will be benefited
by the accomplishment of said purpose, which portion so
benefited is determined to be the portion of said district
lying within an exterior boundary line described as follows:
PARCEL No. 1
Those portions of Sections 19, 30 and 29, all in Township 12
South, Range 3 West, S.B.B.& M., in the County of San Diego,
State of California, according to United States Government
Survey thereof, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 29:
1. Thence Westerly along the South line of said Section
29 to the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter
thereof;
2. Thence Northerly along the North-South center line of
said Section 29 to the South line of the North Half
of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 29;

that Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water District
adopted a resolution, a full, true and correct copy of
which accompanies and immediately follows this notice.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN then the hearing
referred to in said resolution will be had at the time
and place specified in said resolution, to wit: Tuesday
the 2nd day September, 1958, at the hour of 7:30
