RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
DECLARING NECESSITY OF INCURRING
INDEBTEDNESS AND FIXING TIME AND
PLACE OF HEARING.
The Board of Direcotrs of San Marcos County
Water District does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
Section 1. That this Board of Directors deems
it necessary for the San Marcos County Water District
to incur a bonded dindebtedness in the sum of two hundred
fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00)
for the purpose of the acquisions and construction of additional
trunk sewers and apurtenances and appurtenant
work, including the acquisition of the necessary land,
easements, rights of way, works, machinery and other
property, together with all necessary engineering and
legal services in connection therewith.
Section 2. That Tuesday the 2nd day of September,
1958, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. of said day at the
office of the San Marcos County Water District, Encinitas
Road near Bent Avenue, San Marcos, California, be, and
the same are bereby fixed by this Board of Directors as
the time and place for a hearing by this Board on the
questions:
(1) Will the whole or only a portion
of the district be benefited by the
accomplishment of said purpose?
(2) If only a portion of the district
will be benefited, what portion will be so benefited?
Section 3. That as there is no newspaper of
general circulation printed and published in said district
notice of said hearing shall be given by the Secretary of
this Board by posting a copy of this resolution in three
public places within said district for at least two weeks
before the time fixed for said hearing.
Section 4.
That said copy of this resolution
so posted shall be accompanied by a notice subscribed by
said Secretary, with the seal of the district attached,
to the effect that the hearing referred to in this resolution
will be had at the time and place above specifed, and
that at said time and place any person interested, including
all persons owning property in said district, will be
heard upon the questions stated in this resolution.

August, 1958.
