RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ADOPTED AT THE
REGULAR MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 4, 1958
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of April, 1958, a petition
was presented by Cal Stanger and D. M. Grannis for inclusion
into San Marcos County Water District Improvement District
No. 1 of the hereinafter described land, and
WHEREAS, notice of said petition and hearing thereon
was duly given by the Secretary of said District, and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on August 4, 1958 pursuant
to said notice and pursuant to Division 12, Part 2, Article
II of lhe Water Code of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing evidence was presented to the
Board and the Board being fully advised in the premises.
NOW, THEFEORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District hereby resolves, determines and orders:
That said land shall be included in the San Marcos County
Water District Improvement District No. 1.
The description of the land subject to the foregoing
inclusion is described as follows:
Record of Survey # 4440 in Rancho Los Vallecitos de
San Marcos, Map No. 06.
That portion of Section 10, Township 12 South, Range
3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to United States
Government Survey approved September 17, 1889, described
as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Lot 4, Block
88, Rancho Los Vallecitos de San Marcos, according to
map thereof No. 806, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, December 21, 1895; thence
Southeasterly along the Norhterly line of said Lot 4, a
distance of 600 feet; thence at right angles Northeasterly
600 feet; thence at right angles Northwesterly 1200 feet;
thence at right angles Sowthwesterly 600 feet; thence
Southeasterly along the Northwesterly prolongation of the
Northerly line of said Lot 4, a distance of 600 feet to
the point of beginning.
