RESOLVED: That Amos D. Trussell, President; 0by Blan-
chard, Vice President; Stanley A. Mahr, Director; W. Dennis
Wood, Auditor and Binda Nell Freeman, Assistant Auditor, be and
they are authorized, any two directors acting together, and Au-
ditor, or Assistant Auditor, to execute checks and other items
for and on behalf of the San Marcos County Water District with
the SECURITY-FIRST NATIONAL BANK, until such authority is re-
voked by Sealed Notification to said Bank of such action by the
Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water District.
The undersigned Secretary of San Marcos-County Water
District hereby certifies that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Directors of said Water District at a regular
meeting held September 6, 1960, and that the signatures appear-
ing on the reverse side of the signature card are those of per-
sons now duly authorized to sign on behalf of said Water District
in accordance with said resolution.
