RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING SECRETARY - AUDITOR TO
NEGOTIATE A LOAN WITH THE FIRST-NATIONAL
BANK OF VISTA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District as follows:.
WHEREAS, San Marcos County Water District has entered into agreement
with the State of California, Division of Highways for the relocation of
certain District facilities, and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides the State of California will repay
to San Marcos County Water District the amount of money expended by the
District in accordance with said agreement, and
WHERAS, the Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water District
deem it desirable and necessary to negotiate a loan to finance the terms
of said agreemont.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Secretary- Auditor of the District be and hereby
is authorized and directed to negotiate with the First-National Bank of
Vista for a loan in amount $16,000.00 for a period of 90 days.
