RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
APPOINTING SECRETARY - AUDITOR.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water
District as follows:.
WHEREAS, Anna D. Charlton has resigned as Secretary - Auditor of San
Marcos County Water District as of this date.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water
District states, finds, determines, and orders that:.
W. Dennis Wood be and hereby is appointed Secretary and Auditor of San
Marcos County Water District, effective the 6th day of September, 1960.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of September, 1960.
