RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT COMMENDING ANNA D. CHARLTON FOR
LOYAL AND VALUABLE SERVICE TO THE SAN NAP, COS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT, AND ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF ANNA D.
CHARLTON AS SECRETARY-AUDITOR OF THE SAN NARCOS COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS Anna D. Charlton has served the San Marcos County
Water District and the Board of Directors thereof in the capacity
of Secretary and Auditor during the formative period of the San
Marcos County Water District, and
WHEREAS, Anna D. Charlton by her conscientious and untiring
efforts has contributed materially to the establishment of the
San Marcos County Water Districts and
WHEREAS, Anna D. Charlton through her untiring efforts,
honesty, integrity, and pleasing personality has established in
the minds and hearts of the residents of the San Marcos County
Water District a feeling of genuine affection for Anna D.
Charlton, and
WHEREAS, Anna D. Charlton has submitted 'her written resig-
nation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
San Marcos County Water District that Anna D. Charlton be com-
mended for her long and faithful service and untiring efforts
which have contributed so materially to the success of the San
Marcos County Water District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the resignation of Anna D.
Charlton is accepted with regret and with the feeling of a
very personal loss.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager be directed to pro-
vide Anna D. Charlton with a copy of this resolution.
