RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT THE ADJOURNED REGULAR
MEETING HELD MAY 23, 1960 AT l:00
P .M. AT THE DISTRICT OFFICE
WHEREAS, bids for construction of certain sewer and
water facilities were invited, and
WHEREAS, nine ( 9 ) bids were received, and
WHEREAS, Bejac Construction Company's bid in the mount
of $132,419.30 was low bid received, and
WHEREAS, bid form was checked and found to be in order,
and
WHEREAS, review of bid reveals no cause for nonacceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proper officers be
and hereby are authorized to enter into agreement with BeJac Con-
struction Company for construction of Freeway relocation project,
Schedules No. 1 and No. 2, in the mount of $132,419.30.
