RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARC 0S COUNTY WATER DI STRICT
ADOPTED AT REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD ON MONDAY, MAY 16, 1960, AT
7:30 P .M.
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of April, 1960, a petition was
presented by a group of land owners in the College area in San
Marcos for inclusion into San Marcos County Water District Improve-
ment District No. i and Improvement District No. 2 of the' Heroin-
after described lands, and
WHEREAS, notice of said petition and hearing thereon was
duly given by the Secretary of said District, and
WHHREAS, a hearing was held on May 16th, 1960 pursuant
to said notice and pursuant to Division 12, Part 2, Article II
of the Water Code of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing evidence was presented to the
Board and the Board being fully advised in the premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District HEREBY RESOLVES, DETERMINES AND ORD'ERS:
That said land shall be included in the San Marcos County
Water District Improvement District No.1 and Improvement District
No. 2.
The description of the land subject to the foregoing
inclusion is described as follows:
