RESOLUTION 0F THE BOARD 0F DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD ON MONDAY, MAY 16, 1960, AT
7: 30 P .M.
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of February, 1960, a petition
was presented by a majority of registered voters in the Richland-
Twin Oaks area in San Marcos for inclusion into San Marcos County
Water District Improvement District No. 1 and Improvement District
No. 2 of the hereinafter described lands, and
WHEREAS, notice of said petition and hearing thereon was
duly given by the Secretary of said District, and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on May 16th, 1960 pursuant
to said notice and pursuant to Division 12, Part 2, Article II
of the Water Code of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing evidence was presented to t he
Board, and the Board being fully advised in the premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District HEREBY RESOIVES, DETERMINES AND ORDERS:
That said land shall be included in the San Marcos County
Water District Improvement District No. 1 and Improvement District
No. 2.
The description of the land subject to the foregoing
inclusion is described as follows:
