RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
PROVIDING FOR USE OF SAN DIEGO GAS AND
ELECTRIC COMPANY RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, San Diego Gas and Electric Company has right-of-
way within the NE¼ of the SW¼ of Section 20, T12S, R3W, S.B.B. & M.
and,
WHEREAS, installation and maintenance of certain San Marcos
County Water District facilities require use of said right-of-way,
and
WHEREAS, San Diego Gas and Electric Company has by letter
of agreement dated July 26, 1961, set forth terms and conditions
under which it is agreeable to San Marcos County Water District' s
use of said right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of San Marcos County
Water District does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER that the
President and the Secretary be and hereby are directed to execute
San Diego Gas and Electric Company agreement dated July 26 1961
which permits San Marcos County Water District's use of right-of-
way described therein.
