RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT AN ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
JUNE 13, 1961, AT THE DISTRICT OFFICE,
752 WEST ENCINITAS ROAD, SAN MARCOS
WHEREAS, San Marcos County Water District has heretofore
determined that connection fees shall be charged in that area
known as Improvement District No. 5 (sewer district), for the
purpose of retirement of existing bonds and to provide funds
for disposal plant expansion, and
WHEREAS, mount of connection is to be in accordance with
San Marcos County Water District Ordinance No. 12,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors does resolve that
such fees shall be allocated as follows:
I. 33 1/3% of each fee shall be for sewage treatment plant
expansion.
II. 12 1/2% of each fee shall be for retirement of Improvement
District No. 1 and No. 2 bond retirement - - - such allot-
ment to be made until such time as general taxation is
levied to construct main interceptor line.
III. Balance shall be for the retirement of Improvement District
No. 5 bonds.
