Reso 0159-05/1961 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DI STRICT AWARDING
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ON UNIT "F" , IN THE
AMOUNT OF $107,000.00
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, bids were received
on Unit "F", and
WHEREAS, said bids were publicly opened on April 3, 1961,
at a regular meeting o{ the Board of Directors of San Marcos
County Water District;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board o{ Directors o{ San Marcos County
Water District DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the construction of
Unit "F" of the $1,250,000 water expansion project, is hereby
awarded to Taylor ~ Hoover.
Section 2. That said contract is in %he amount of $107,000.00.
Section 3. That all other bids and/or proposals received
pursuant %o said Public Notice are hereby rejected.
Section 4. That %he President and Secrelary of %he Board of
Directors are hereby authorized and directed to execute %he conttact
documents on Unit "F" between San Marcos County Water District and
Taylor and Hoover.
