RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN MARC OS COUNTY WATER DI STRICT
AUTHORIZING SECRETARY-AUDITOR TO NEGOTIATE
A SHORT TERM LOAN WITH THE FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF VISTA, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District as follows:
WHEREAS, San Marcos County Water District has entered into
agreement with Boyle Engineering Company for certain engineering
services for a certain water expansion project
~F. EREAS, said project to financed by authorized- sale of
$1,250,000 general obligation bonds, and
~HEREAS, the Board of Directors of San Marcos County
Water District deem it desirable and necessary to negotiate
short term loan to finance terms of said agreement with Boyle
Engineering Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Secretsry-Audltor of the District be
and hereby ts authorized and directed to negotiate with the
First-National Bank of Vista for a loan in amount $53,995.80
(Fifty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five dollars and
Eighty cents) period of 90 (ninety)
