RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING SECRETARY-AUDITOR TO NEGOTIATE
A SHORT TERM L0AN WITH THE FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF VISTA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
Water District as follows:
WHEREAS, San Marcos County Water District has entered into
agreement with the State of California, Division of Highways for
the relocstion of certain District facilities, end
~EAS, said agreement provides that State of California
will repay to San Marcos County 'Water District the amount of
money expanded by the District in accordance with said agreement,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water
District deem it desireable and necessary to negotiate a short
term loan to finance the terms of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Secretary-Auditor of the District be
and hereby is authorized and directed to negotiate with the First-
National Bank of Vista for a loan in amount $26,000.00 (Twenty
Six Thousand dollars) for a period not to exceed 90 days.
