RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT REQUEST-
ING INSTALLATION EOR METER CONNECTION ON
THE SECOND SAN DIEGO AQUEDUCT AT STATION

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of San Marcos
County water District as follows:
That San Marcos County Water District does hereby request
the Bueno Colorado Municipal Water District for a meter
connection to the Second San Diego Aqueduct at Station
2636+50 .
, and that a 15 c f s. meter be installed to deliver
water to the East, for the use and benefit of the San Marcos
County Water District
BE IT FUITHER RESOLVED that San Marcos County Water District
will pay all costs incurred by said installation, and the
General Manager is hereby instructed to deposit with Bueno
Colorado Municipal Water District forthwith the sum of
Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) as initial payment against
the total cost of installation and connection for said meter.
