RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT INVITING
BIDS FOR UNITS E, F, G, AND H
WHEREAS, San Marcos County Water District has heretofore
approved plans and specifications for the construction of those
portions of the $1,250,000 water bond project, designated as Units
E, F, G, and H, as presented by Boyle Engineering, the District' s
engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors does resolve that:
1. The secretary will cause to be published in the Escon-
dido- Times-Advocate, a newspaper of general circulation, for one
publication, the Notice Inviting Bids on Units E, F, G, and H, and,
2. Hourly wage scale as is set forth in Notice Inviting
Bids for Units E, F, G, and H be approved, and,
3. Secretary-Manager, W. Dennis Wood, be designated as
representative for the Board of Directors on said contract for
Units E, F, G, and H.
