MARCOS COUNTY WAER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EX-
ECUTION OF JOINT USE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA CONCERNING USAGE OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Secretary and the President be and hereby
are authorized and directed to sign the State of Calif-
ornia, Division of Highways' agreement No. 8466 provid-
ing for joint use of easement of right-of-way over
portions of Lot 11 Block 8, Rancho Los Vallecitos de
San Marc os.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Di-
rectors of San Marcos County Water District on the 20th
day of February, 1961.
